With the season already underway, at GuestPro we close the year. And we are giving our tool another twist. That's why we have our sights - and our heads - set on the new features we want to implement in our system for 2022. Conformity doesn't fit inside our walls, so we've rolled up our sleeves to get the next applications ready for next season. Take a look, because we're sure you'll be interested in some of them.

E-commerce of experiences

What it is

What if we set up a shop on your website to get more out of the complementary offer you provide from the hotel? From a romantic dinner in the restaurant of your accommodation, a spa session in your facilities or even complementary experiences from third parties with whom you work side by side. At GuestPro we can set up an e-commerce integrated into your website, with which customers can buy directly and expand their album of good memories associated with your establishment. Within the GuestPro platform, this new application will be a new module of the booking system, so you can have these purchases under control without relying on third parties.

How can it benefit you?

Add value to the guest experience at your hotel. Selling beds is a long time ago, and what matters is to create a deep memory in the customer's mind so that he/she will come back another time. Moreover, with your own e-commerce, you will be able to obtain more information about each of your guests, see what they like, what kind of experiences they buy and, consequently, send them promotions or news based on their interests in a totally personalised way.

Registration of new users

What is it?

We are going to make it as easy as possible for your guests to register on your website through their Google or Facebook accounts. What are you going to achieve with this? First of all, it is much easier for the new user to register on your website. It is always more direct to click on the "I want to log in with my Google account" button than to fill in a data form. Secondly, you will be able to monitor their movements. This way you will know what they are interested in, in which sections of your website they spend their time and you will be able to get to know them much better. Within our platform, we are going to integrate the registration of new users with the CRM.

How can this benefit you?

The ease of registration will always encourage a new user to register more than a form with 10 fields to fill in. So let's make it easy for them. Once they have registered, the amount of information you can obtain from that user is very valuable to direct your personalised sales strategy, thanks to the data that the registration through Google or Facebook will provide you with. And if you already know what they are interested in, it will be easier for them to buy.

Revenue Management System

What is it?

Boosting direct sales is not only about having a website oriented and optimised for sales. That is why the figure of the Revenue Manager exists, and is becoming more and more relevant. To facilitate their work we want to implement an RMS module within the GuestPro PMS. In it you will have a cross-report with variables as valuable as the existing demand at all times, the prices of the competition, the occupancy rate of your hotel, the average price on which you are selling or the pick-up. Our intention is to be able to integrate AI (Artificial Intelligence) to help your Revenue Management expert make decisions.

We believe that revenue strategy is a key point to improve your profitability, as long as you have the right information. With the incorporation of AI, it will be even easier for you to use all the information in the revenue report to your advantage.

New mobile application (more than check-in)

What is it?

At the moment you can enjoy the WebDesk app, our mobile check-in system for guests. However, we want it to be much more. That's why we are working to turn it into an integral application for your hotel, from which the guest who is already a customer can choose upgrades, book extras, fill in the satisfaction form, check out, consult the FAQ section... We want the booking experience to be as fluid as possible and in tune with the rest of your own sales channels, such as your website. That's why we are committed to customising the pages of your mobile app: from the menus you want to appear to the maps so that they can locate your establishment without any problems.

How can it benefit you?

We want to turn your hotel's mobile application into another sales platform, where guests feel comfortable and can choose for themselves. The ease of managing their own stay will also lighten the workload at reception, so that reception staff can focus all their attention on treating guests individually, capturing opportunities to improve their stay.
