Backup copies
Our database service uses cloud servers in a clustered configuration. This includes daily backup with point-in-time recovery (PITR), i.e. data can be restored at any point within the last 7 days. The architecture also includes standby nodes for high availability. The service also has automatic failover, which adds even more resilience to the infrastructure.
The servers in the cluster are interconnected via VPC virtual private network with SSL end-to-end encryption. In addition to the new generation infrastructure used, a daily backup is performed internally and stored in a datacenter in a different region than the main infrastructure. The copies are kept for a period of 30 days.

All the suppliers we work with comply with the different applicable regulations, including the Spanish Data Protection Act 15/1999 of 13 December 1999, our suppliers also comply with PCI/DSS, AICPA SOC 2 Type II, and ISO/IEC 27001:2013.
