A list of the best films of the year, the series you can't miss in 2022, the best books I read during my last confinement, the 5 best PMS on the market... Lists have definitely become fashionable. At GuestPro we are not going to be less and here we present you our personal list of one thing that never goes out of fashion: resolutions for the new year.

Here are the #GuestProers resolutions for 2022:

Don't put off until tomorrow the issue you can solve today. Our support team is very aware of the importance of offering a personalised, fast and effective service. It is essential for GuestPro to take care of our customers, to be close to them, to always offer them the best solution quickly and effectively. For this reason, one of our aims is to always improve in this department.
We are working on new manuals and knowledge base to train and give immediate response to customers who need it.

Improve our booking engine.
We are working on an important evolution for this tool that will include the possibility of user registration with personalised discounts based on tags (e.g. VIP), sale of gifts and/or experiences, modification of bookings & upgrades, filters and geolocation. In addition, some improvements and visual aids inspired by the usability of platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com will be added.

Invest time in Revenue Management.
We hope to share this goal with hoteliers, as it has been one of the trendings topics in the hotel industry, we intend to follow it closely, encourage it and help our clients to work on it. Increasing our hoteliers' revenue is, without a doubt, one of GuestPro's objectives, so helping them to achieve it is also fundamental for us. In this sense, 2022 will be a good year to continue working on a good revenue strategy, count on our help!

Technology moves forward, let's move forward with it.
The world continues to move forward and technological innovations are advancing at breakneck speed. Our development department and, in general, all #GuestProers, will remain attentive to all the trends of 2022, cryptocurrency, metaverse, blockchain technology, AI,.... Our purpose is to remain attentive to these innovations in order to integrate all the improvements we see around the corner into our product.

To continue bringing our technology and digitalisation, in general, to hoteliers through our HotelTech Summits. This event has helped us to meet many hoteliers and detect first-hand what their needs are so that we can then apply all this knowledge to our work. It is also a fantastic way to strengthen relationships with other technology companies, partners and friends, with whom we can collaborate and establish business relationships. New destinations await us!

Growing as a team, getting to know each other better, in short, working on Team Building at GuestPro. It is essential for a growing company to improve interpersonal relationships and communication between its members, many of whom are new. This will facilitate the increase of the feeling of belonging and will promote the skills of each one and the ability to solve problems and new challenges. We invite you to dedicate time to this important aspect for any company.
