Available the option to send WhatsApp for booking notifications
Our PMS adds a new tool to improve the customer experience, facilitating booking communications via WhatsApp.
At GuestPro we continue to incorporate improvements to facilitate hotel management. In this case, and always listening to the requests and suggestions of our customers, we have incorporated a tool so common in our day to day as WhatsApp to communicate with the guest.
So to improve the customer experience we have enabled our PMS to send notifications via WhatsApp Web.
From now on, the WhatsApp icon appears in every booking:

Clicking on the icon the templates created with different types of notifications appear:
- Booking confirmation
- Check in online
- Post stay
- etc.

After selecting the template, the mobile phone number to which the booking is associated appears and to which you can directly send the notification you wish to send to the client:

The WhatsApp Web application will open in a new browser window from where you can send the notification:

If the number is incorrect, WhatsApp will notify you and will not show the contact as non-existent:

If there is no valid number in the booking, the field "Enter a valid phone number" will appear:

With this new functionality, at GuestPro we improve the communication between the hotel and its customers.
