At GuestPro we continue to consolidate our presence in the hotel market and in recent years we have experienced significant growth in the Basque Country and Navarre.

These two areas, with a diverse and constantly evolving tourism offer, have become strategic areas for the expansion of our platform. More than 30 accommodations have opted for our technological solution with the aim of optimising their operations, automating processes and improving their guests' experience.

We accompanied three accommodations at the start of their new season with the GuestPro PMS.

We experienced first-hand the opening of two hotels with more than 200 rooms and a 4* campsite.

The season kicks off for another year and we are once again happy to accompany new clients in their respective openings. We have travelled to the Catalan coast for the start-up of three new clients who this year are opening their doors using GuestPro 's technology to improve their operations and efficiency in the management of their accommodations.

New Travellers' Register - SES.HOSPEDAJES

At GuestPro we are ready for our clients to comply with the new traveller registration legislation.

According to this law, from 2 December 2024 the registration of guests in accommodation will have to be done through the platform of the Ministry of the Interior SES.HOSPEDAJES.

After several delays in the implementation of the law, it finally comes into force. At GuestPro we are aware that this new procedure may create confusion among hoteliers, for this reason we have adapted our platform for compliance. Both our PMS and the online check in already collect guest data following the new legislation.
